Safety & Warning
Young children can STRANGLE in the loop of pull cords, chain and beaded cords, that run through window coverings.
To avoid STRANGULATION and entanglement, keep cords out of reach of children.
Always keep cribs, playpens and other furniture away from pull cords, chain and beaded cords, and always reduce access to pull cords, chain or bead cords.
Operating Instructions
RAISING:
With slats fully open, draw the cords vertically downwards until the desired height is reached, then
incline cords slightly outwards to lock in position.
LOWERING:
To transverse the blades to the other side, hold both cords in the hands and gently pull one cord to move the blades in the desired direction. Please rotate the blades to the open position before operating.
TILTING:
16 , 25 and 35mm: Rotate the clear plastic wand to incline the slats to whatever angle is desired.
50mm: In each hand, hold the open ended cords and slowly pull in a downward direction on one of the cords, this will now tilt the angle of the slats. By pulling the other cord in a downward direction, the angle of the slats will now move in the reverse direction.
Cleaning Instructions
Aluminium venetian blinds are smooth and therefore quite easy to clean. A soft clean dust cloth, vacuum brush or other common, gentle cleaning aids can be used.
To Dust:
Tilt slats up, then down (but not
so the blinds are completely closed), then clean with the cloth, feather
duster or vacuum brush. Clean from side to side, following the direction of
the slats.
Spot Clean:
Use a mild detergent, on a sponge or damp cloth dipped in warm water. In most cases, you may remove your blind and place them in a bathtub filled with mild soapy water. Rinse then wipe dry, or leave open to air dry.
